How we work together
Sessions Duration
Our coaching sessions are typically 60 minutes long and can be scheduled on a weekly basis or adjusted to fit your specific needs.
Service Packages
To ensure your progress, I offer coaching packages (instead of one-off consultations) to provide comprehensive and personalised support.
Sessions Format
Our consultations take place through Zoom, and I’ve found this format to be as effective as in-person meetings, providing the added advantages of flexibility and convenience, allowing you to participate comfortably from your own home or any location of your preference.

If we work together, the next step will be purchasing your consultation/service package and scheduling your initial session.
There may be instances where I recognize that I am not the most suitable person to assist you in your specific circumstances. If this occurs, I will be honest and transparent about it and may recommend finding a more suitable coach for your unique requirements.
