2️⃣ Upskill⁠. Why not try an online cooking class?⁠
3️⃣ Start small, with uncomplicated meals⁠
4️⃣ Get equipped⁠, ensure you have the right kitchen utensils⁠
5️⃣ Build your library⁠ of recipes you tried and loved⁠
6️⃣ Cook in batches to make your life easy⁠
7️⃣ Buddy up with a friend or find your community online⁠
8️⃣ Share the load⁠, call the household troops!⁠
9️⃣ Tune in⁠, enjoy a podcast, listen to some music⁠
🔟 Make it easy⁠ by using veg box schemas, frozen vegs, etc⁠

This healthy cheesecake made with yoghurt is silky This healthy cheesecake made with yoghurt is silky, creamy and full of flavour. This yoghurt cheesecake contains far less sugar than regular cheesecake, making it a delicious guilt-free treat with only 160 calories per serving. It’s also a great gluten-free dessert.⁠

The cheesecake filling consists of ⁠
✔️yoghurt⁠
✔️eggs⁠
✔️a bit of sugar ⁠
✔️vanilla extract⁠
⁠
I prefer to use goat’s yoghurt as I find it easier to digest. Goat yoghurt has much less alpha-S1-casein than most cows’ milk and often includes somewhat less lactose, which may be one of the reasons why some individuals handle it better. The cheesecake is topped with a handmade berry compote.⁠

And the #glutenfree crust is made with almond flour, coconut flour and oats.⁠
⁠

Breath is one of those things we take for granted Breath is one of those things we take for granted because it's automatic. Something we do since we were born. We usually don't think much about our breath or explore its sensations.⁠
⁠
Bringing awareness towards our breathing and exploring the physical sensations of the breath can be so powerful.⁠
⁠
It can move us from a Doing mode, where we jump from task to task and are immersed in our thoughts, to a state of Being, where we can experience the present moment.⁠
⁠
💫You can't be lost in your thoughts and of the body in the same moment. This can bring a sense of groundedness.⁠
⁠
Don't get caught up on the 'right way of breathing' or the 'correct posture'. Simply explore your breath and be curious about the sensations it brings to your body.⁠
⁠
Notice how your body moves as your breath⁠
... The torso moves as the breath comes in and goes out⁠
.... The way the chest and ribcage expands on the inhale and drawback on the exhale⁠
... The way the abdomen moves⁠
... Notice any points of tension you might have.⁠
⁠
Thoughts will come and go as you experience your breath. It's normal; simply acknowledge and let them go.⁠

Be with your breath. ⁠
