I call this recipe my magical sauce because I believe it gives me superpowers.
Joke aside, this sauce is so easy to prepare, keeps well in the fridge and it gives a fresh and beautiful taste to any dish. Plus, it’s a phytonutrients powerhouse with so many anti-inflammatory ingredients and variety of veggies, herbs, spices and good fats.
I shared this initially in stories and some of you asked me questions, so here’s the recipe:
- 2 limes juice and peel (ensure the lime is unwaxed)
- 1cm ginger, grated
- 1cm chilli, finely minced
- 1/4 red pepper, finely minced
- 1/2 onion, finely minced
- 1 garlic, finely minced
- Herbs, finely minced
- 1 tbs avocado oil
- 1 tbs apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbs coconut aminos
- Black pepper and salt
