Healthy Sauce for Vegetables, Fish and Meat

I call this recipe my magical sauce because I believe it gives me superpowers.⁠

Joke aside, this sauce is so easy to prepare, keeps well in the fridge and it gives a fresh and beautiful taste to any dish. Plus, it’s a phytonutrients powerhouse with so many anti-inflammatory ingredients and variety of veggies, herbs, spices and good fats. ⁠

I shared this initially in stories and some of you asked me questions, so here’s the recipe:⁠

  • 2 limes juice and peel (ensure the lime is unwaxed)⁠
  • 1cm ginger, grated ⁠
  • 1cm chilli, finely minced⁠
  • 1/4 red pepper, finely minced⁠
  • 1/2 onion, finely minced⁠
  • 1 garlic, finely minced⁠
  • Herbs, finely minced⁠
  • 1 tbs avocado oil ⁠
  • 1 tbs apple cider vinegar⁠
  • 1 tbs coconut aminos
  • Black pepper and salt⁠


⁠This is one of my favourite sauces.⁠
